Southside Baptist Church has been described as “a rural church with a world vision.” This small town church in deep South Georgia is committed to fulfilling the Great Commission of taking the gospel to the ends of the earth.

• We are committed to making Jesus Christ known through the anointed teaching and preaching of the inspired, inerrant, infallible Word of God. We believe the Bible is both authoritative and relevant.

 

• Our purpose is to lead lost people and apathetic Christians into a personal, Spirit-filled relationship with Jesus Christ, and to provide opportunity for Spiritual growth to all believers.

 

• Our worship services are filled with excitement. We worship the Lord with various styles of music. This keeps us mindful that what is most important is the One being worshipped, Jesus Christ.

 

• We are committed to Children. Children are not the future church. Rather, they are a vital part of the church today. Southside invests considerable resources (money and people), to teaching kids the Bible.

 

• Southside Baptist Church is committed to the use of technology in spreading the gospel. This method affords the church the opportunity to impact more people than ever. In summary, Southside Baptist Church is committed to “reaching the lost and teaching the saved.”
